Can I modify the validation period?


We are unable to modify the auto-approval period (validation period) for transactions. Kindly consider this when establishing your store's guidelines for handling returns or cancellations.

Depending on your subscription level, the validation period for transactions is as outlined below:
- Start: A pending period of up to 15 days.
- Walk: A pending period of up to 30 days.
- Run: A pending period of up to 90 days. Should you require a shorter period, please feel free to reach out, and we will accommodate your needs.
