      Can I Upgrade/Downgrade the Tiers?

      Upgrades:
      - You can move to a higher tier anytime.
       
      Downgrades:
      - If you wish to switch to a lower tier, this change will only take effect at the end of your current invoicing cycle.
       
      Important Notes:
      - Users cannot change tiers during the trial period.
      - You are allowed to change your tier only once per month.
