How do I amend a transaction I have approved/denied?

If you have already approved or denied a transaction by mistake, please get in touch with Grow Support to see if we can amend this for you manually.

Please note: if the transaction was automatically approved or has exceeded the usual validation period of 30 days since the transaction time, we may not be able to amend this since the affiliate may already have received payment.
