What happens if a transaction comes through that is false?

If a false transaction comes through, you will have a determinate amount of days to review, modify or deny this. After the amount of days for your tier has passed the transaction will be automatically approved.  

Start: 15 days.
Walk: 30 days.
Run: 60 days. 

If you find a discrepancy between the tracked transactions in the platform, and your own records, please contact Grow Support with the details of the transaction and the affiliate it has been attributed to.
