What is a ‘segment’?

Segments are a way of splitting your affiliates into groups so that you can specify different rates of commission.

You can also use a segment for just one affiliate if you wish to offer them a unique rate of commission.

You can also specify which ads each segment can use, and you can move affiliates from one to another at your discretion (though automatic emails will be sent to the affiliate to notify them when you do this).
