Is there a limit on the percentage of cancellations I can make?

Until a customer reaches 50 sales within the last 30 days, they have the flexibility to reject transactions. However, once this threshold is surpassed, a cancellation rate policy is implemented. Under the Start tier, the cancellation rate is capped at 10%, while under the Walk & Run tiers, it's set at 20%.
