Does commission include shipping costs / VAT?

If you have opted for manual integration, this will depend on the variable you have integrated for ‘Order Value’. It is up to you whether or not you award commission based on the sale amount including shipping and/or VAT.

If you have integrated using our Woocommerce, Prestashop or Shopify instructions, there will be the the option to exclude shipping and VAT during set-up. If you find the Order Value is being calculated incorrectly, we may need to amend the script for you: please get in touch with the Grow Support team.
