GDPR upon closure

Please notify us if, when you are closing an account,  you would also like us to remove your personal data and credit card details from the system. We can proceed with this as soon as the program is closed, and any outstanding bills on your account have been paid.

If you do not specify this then your data will instead be deleted at the next audit by our administration team (within six months).
