How is Network Quality monitored?

We try to monitor network quality closely: We have a dedicated Compliance and Network Quality Manager who actively works to reduce fraud and erroneous transactions, while the Grow Support team also monitor unusual transaction amounts, checking on a regular basis and will reach out to inform you where we spot these matters.

However, as Grow remains self-service product, we also rely to an extent on your reports of such transactions and the data you can supply us with in such cases. We therefore encourage you to monitor the activity on your account and log in regularly to review traffic levels and pending transactions. Should you see anything erroneous or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will look into it for you.

Please note:

- Advertisers have control over the affiliates you choose to accept onto the program, and can terminate relationship with affiliates at any time.

- Advertisers also have the ability to validate (accept, modify or deny) transactions within [X] amount days of the transaction time, before they are automatically approved and the affiliate is paid their commission.

The [X] amount of days depends on the chosen tier. Please note that the default Transaction Validation Period for "Start" is 15 days and for both "Walk" and "Run" is 30 days.
