Tracking links on the affiliate side cannot be paused, so if you foresee your business needing to halt affiliate activities for a long period of time (i.e. longer than one month) you will need to close the program, a process which takes 5 days, and reopen one at a later time.
If you are looking to do this we advise you get in touch with our team, since it may be possible instead to minimize activities and stop affiliate recruitment for your program without closing it and having to go through the set up process again at a later date.
Please note: removing tracking links from your site does not constitute pausing a program, and breaks the terms of conditions agreed to upon registration.
