How do I close a Program?

  1. Login to Your Account: Start by logging into your account on the Grow platform.
  2. Navigate to 'My Programs': On the dashboard, look for the 'My Programs' tab. This is in the main navigation bar on the left-hand side of the page.
  3. Identify the Program: Within 'My Programs', locate the program you wish to close. You should see a list of all your programs.
  4. Access Program Options: Next to the program you want to close, look for a menu icon displayed as three dots. Click on this icon to open a drop-down menu.
  5. Select 'Close the Program': From the drop-down menu, select the 'Close the program' option.
  6. Select Closure Reason: Please choose the reason that best describes why you are closing your program.
  7. Confirm Your Decision: A prompt may appear asking you to confirm your decision to close the program. Click 'Yes' or 'Confirm' to proceed.

*IMPORTANT (Understand the 30-day Notice Period): Please note that closing a live program will trigger a mandatory 30-day notice period. This period is required to allow affiliates to remove tracking codes and claim any final transactions. During this period, you may still be charged according to the terms of your agreement.

ACCOUNT CLOSURE: If this is your only program with us, please remember that closing your program does not automatically close your account or halt subscription fees. If you have no other active programs and wish to stop all services, you may consider deactivating your account through your dashboard settings.
