How do I close an Account?

Guide to Closing Your Account

Before you proceed with closing your account and stopping subscription fees, it's essential to ensure all your programs are terminated and any outstanding payments or transactions are settled. Once the last program is closed, we will raise an invoice on the day after closure for all the transactions.

Accounts with unresolved financial obligations cannot be deleted. For guidance on closing your program, please visit: How Do I Close a Program?

For active programs, following the closure of the last program, an invoice will be generated on the subsequent day encompassing all transactions. This process necessitates a minimum 48-hour waiting period to ensure the invoice's issuance. Upon payment of this invoice, the customer can proceed to close their account. For instance, if an account concludes its final program on the 27th of March, account closure will be feasible on the 30th of March, as 48 hours rounded to the next day.
Pending program will be closed the same day (without notice period).
 

Billing Overview:

Steps to Close Your Account:

  1. Go to "My Account".
  2. Click "Information".
  3. At the top right corner, select "Delete My Account".

Important Consideration:

Please be aware that deleting your account is irreversible. Ensure all transactions are complete and any due payments are made to avoid complications.
